The purpose of the Home Owners’ Association is to protect your home’s value and the quality of the overall neighborhood. Research indicates that over time, property values are estimated to fall as much as twenty percent due to failure to enforce restrictions. As a home owner, your duty to uphold the covenants is an important part in preserving the value of your home. The HOA functions to enforce the Covenants, Codes and Restrictions (CC&R’s) in order to maintain and preserve the lifestyle and surroundings of the community at large.
The Home Owners Association Committee is made up of a group of volunteers in the community who share a passion for keeping our community beautiful for years to come. The committee meets regularly to discuss important neighborhood issues, plan events and manage community expenses. HOA Fees are due annually on June 1st. Late fees will be assessed starting July 1st.
